Tequila Corralejo Blanco comes directly from the distillery's copper kettle and is bottled without aging. Don Leonardo, the founder of the distillery, describes the Blanco as "The Truth", which superbly captures the authentic character of the agave. The intense, pure aroma has subtle fruit and citrus notes. The taste is dominated by the body of cooked agave, complemented by citrus and spicy elements.
