Mezcal Maria Bonita is made from 100% agave and is handmade. A traditional technique is used to obtain the smoky flavor. The agave is only harvested when it has reached its maximum level of ripeness. It is roasted in wood ovens and then distilled in copper stills.

Smoky, gentle taste with a light apple and caramel note. Easy to drink, pleasant smell. We recommend drinking it without lime. In summer it is best to drink it slightly chilled to enjoy the full taste. This mezcal is straightforward without a strong alcohol note. Due to its mild taste it is also easy to combine as a long drink and cocktail.
