Diese Mole de Doña María ist eine authentische mexikanische Tradition. Diese Mole Poblano ist eine Mischung aus verschiedenen Gewürzen und Chilis (wie Pasilla- und Ancho-Chilis). Mit Mole Doña María können Sie die beliebten Enchiladas (Enmoladas) zubereiten. Enmoladas werden normalerweise mit Geflügel oder Käse gefüllt, mit mexikanischer Mole übergossen und mit Sesam bestreut. Wenn Sie diese Mole mit selbstgemachten Tortillas essen möchten, empfehlen wir unsere Tortillapresse und nixtamalisiertes Maismehl.
