Der Coexito Brauner Rohrzucker Block 454 g – auch bekannt als Panela – ist ein traditioneller, unraffinierter Rohrzucker aus Kolumbien. Er wird aus reinem Zuckerrohrsaft gewonnen, schonend eingekocht und zu festen Blöcken geformt. Dadurch bleiben wertvolle Mineralstoffe und das natürliche Aroma erhalten.

Panela verleiht Getränken, Desserts und herzhaften Gerichten eine feine, karamellige Süße. Ideal zum Süßen von Kaffee, Tee, Gebäck, Saucen oder typisch lateinamerikanischen Spezialitäten wie „Aguapanela“.

Anwendung & Tipp

  1. Mit einer Reibe oder einem Messer kleine Stücke vom Zuckerblock abtrennen.
