Salsa Búfalo Clásica is a Mexican spicy salsa made with guajillo chilis (these dried chilis are also called marisol in other regions of Mexico). Guajillo chilis are also used to prepare many traditional Mexican dishes such as pozole, mole, chilaquiles and many others. Guajillo chilis have a delicious flavor but are not spicy.
