Salsa Búfalo Clásica is a traditional Mexican hot sauce made with guajillo chilies. These dried chilies are also known as marisol in various regions of Mexico. Guajillo chilies are frequently used in the preparation of many traditional Mexican dishes such as pozole, mole, chilaquiles, and many more. Although guajillo chilies have a delicious flavor, they are not particularly hot.
