Tortillas in Mexico are not usually made from wheat flour. Mexicans mostly enjoy their food with tortillas made from corn flour.

If you have never tried our corn tortillas "Caseras" before, you should not wait any longer. The high-quality Mexican corn flour for our tortillas caseras is GMO-free (not genetically modified) and natural. Our tortillas caseras also do not contain any preservatives.

The tortillas caseras made from Mexican corn are ideal for making tacos, enchiladas, quesadillas, flautas etc. - simply heat them in a pan or in the microwave wrapped in a tea towel and fill them as desired. The consistency of our corn tortillas also allows you to make nachos and tostadas. To do this, slowly defrost the tortillas, carefully separate them and dab off any defrost water, cut them to size as desired and then fry them in oil. You can also make delicious chilaquiles with a real Mexican sauce from our range.

Note: We store the tortillas deep frozen at -18°C. We recommend that you collect them yourself. Shipping without refrigeration is at the customer's own risk. The tortillas slowly thaw during transport and should be consumed immediately after delivery.

Verwendung: Langsam auftauen, kurz in der Pfanne oder in der Mikrowelle beidseitig erwärmen.

Aufbewahrung: Tiefkühlprodukt. Nach dem Auftauen nicht wieder einfrieren. Im Kühlschrank lagern und innerhalb von vier Tagen verbrauchen.
