The Kutbil-ik "Exxxtra hot" is a sauce that is supposedly made with Habanero chilies according to a recipe handed down from the Maya . It has a slightly fruity taste and, with 11,000 Scoville, is the hottest sauce of the " El Yucateco " brand. Such sauces are added to almost every meal in Mexico.
