Mole Rojo, better known as Mole Poblano, has a great tradition in Mexican culture and is known as the national dish of Mexico.
The mole is made according to an authentic, traditional recipe. Made from various spices and chilies such as ancho, pasilla, and mulato, this mole is ideal for making enchiladas, for example filled with poultry or simply with cheese.
Ingredients: Sugar, peanuts, sesame, dried chilies, vegetable oil, bananas, biscuits (wheat flour, sugar, emulsified vegetable fat, iodized salt, artificial flavors), onion, spices, iodized salt, chocolate and 0.1% sodium benzoate as a preservative.
