Mole Rojo, better known as Mole Poblano, has a long tradition in Mexican culture and is considered a national dish. The Doña Chonita brand belongs to La Costeña, one of the largest food manufacturers in Mexico.
The mole is made according to an authentic, traditional recipe. Made from various spices and chilies such as ancho, pasilla, and mulato, this mole is ideal for making enchiladas, for example filled with poultry or simply with cheese.
